Brownsburg jobs: Construction Laborer. This position is that of a construction laborer / assistant. Duties include lifting, raking, shoveling, using hand tools and power tools, wheelbarrowing materials, moving and planting trees and shrubs, brooming, etc. Involves heavy lifting from time to time. This position is that of an assistant to the crew leader. A good candidate will have a valid drivers license and suitable daily transportation to work. This position is full time or part time. Pay starts at $12 to $17 per hour, depending on experience.
Brownsburg jobs: Crew Leader. The crew leader position requires a valid drivers license in good standing. Duties include driving company vehicle to/from jobsite, daily management of crew completing project tasks, usage of power tools and heavy equipment (Bobcat, Dingo, backhoe, etc.), knowledge in areas of work including paver installation, plantings, deck building, concrete, lighting, etc. Job is full time, 40+ hours / week. Proven ability to manage people is essential. Pay starts at $18/hr, will pay more for experience / expertise.
Brownsburg jobs: Design / sales assistant. Duties include assisting primary designer with site visits, measurements, layouts, photographs, and sales materials preparation. Knowledge of plant materials, construction techniques, and crew management / oversight will be developed. AutoCAD / SketchUp or similar drawing experience and proficiency is required. The design assistant is required to be independently motivated, and able to effectively communicate with the primary designer daily. This position is part time to start, full time for the right person. Pay is negotiable, dependent upon proven experience.

XP Landscapes LLC does most of its work in Hendricks, Boone, Hamilton, and Marion counties. Work days are typical 8am - 6pm, Monday through Friday. Full time and part time positions are available.
